Agi Lurtz

Agi Lurtz was born in Duluth, Minnesota and moved with her family to Norman, Oklahoma in 1964 at an early age. The sixth of seven children, Agi credits the high expectations of her parents for her success as an adult. She earned her degree in Interior Design and a minor in Business from the University of Oklahoma in 1979. While a student, she was instrumental in the move of the Interior Design curriculum to the school of Architecture where it remains today.

Mrs. Lurtz has started and operated six very different and successful businesses before launching OnlineMedsource. She entered the information technology market in 1982 and then the founding of Compute This!! in 1991 and Esotech Internet in 1999.

Agi conceived the basic protocols for an interactive medical records and history system during a decade of caring for her father. She gave life to her ideas by starting OnlineMedsource.org in 1999. OnlineMedsource, LLC was incorporated in 2003.

Agi addressed the Health & Human Services Community in late 2005, in Washington DC, concerning the need to integrate medical information systems and make the maximum use of secured information technology. She has been in contact with various federal government agencies as well as the medical systems of several foreign countries.

In a volunteer capacity, Agi serves on the Advisory Committees for Moore-Norman Technology Center and Rose State College. She served as president for 5 years for the Exchange Club as well as being an active member of several different Chambers of Commerce. She is a long time active member of Kiwanis, having served in several capacities and held several offices.

Agi Lurtz is a success, having proved her abilities in each of her business ventures. She also understands that medical health professionals must have accurate, up to date information to provide the standard of care they expect and the patient deserves. Her ability to utilize her business acumen to address the need for a simpler, more direct system of health and medical record maintenance is unique. More than anything, she brings a vision of what can be and the determination to make her vision a reality.

Clayton Hoskinson, Chief of Security

Clayton Hoskinson is a native of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Clayton earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Masters of Criminal Justice Administration from Oklahoma City University. He began his law enforcement career with the Norman Police Department where he rose to the rank of detective in the White Collar Investigation unit. He later worked for the Inspector General of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services.

Mr. Hoskinson has earned multiple professional certifications, including Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Computer Examiner (CCE), Certified Information Forensic Investigator (CIFI) and Computer Forensic eXaminer (CFX). He is a well known lecturer having addressed he Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, Oklahoma District Attorneys Training Council, the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office, and the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists. He also serves as an adjunct professor of Computer Science and Criminal Justice at St. Gregory's University in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

Clayton has twice been appointed a "Special Master" in the area of computer forensics by the United States Federal Court of the Western District of Oklahoma. He is a nationally recognized computer forensic investigator and is respected for his expertise in the area of theft of services, electronic mail, trade secrets and intellectual property, and in comparing programs at the code level.

Clayton Hoskinson understands the critical importance of computer security in the OnlineMedsource system. His extensive knowledge of computer hacking and forensic computer science makes him the ideal gatekeeper OnlineMedsource data base and Chief of Security for our systems.

Royice B. Everett, MD, Medical Advisor

Royice B Everett graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1968 and completed a degree in Medicine at the University of Oklahoma in 1972. After completing a four-year residency in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the University of Oklahoma, and a two-year fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Dallas, he began practice in Oklahoma City. He is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He practices with a special expertise in infertility, laparoscopy and laser surgery. He is affiliated with the Bennett Fertility Institute at Baptist Medical Center. He is Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University Of Oklahoma School Of Medicine and Chief Medical Officer for Foundation Surgery Affiliates. Dr. Everett understands the importance of safely combining today's technology and the advantages of web-based medical records. The ability to quickly access medical records in case of emergency and the convenience for both the staff and the Patient in offering this type of service. Dr. Everett's long history of inventing new cutting edge medical techniques makes him the perfect candidate to be our Medical Advisor and spokesperson.
